OUR MISSION

Our aim is to integrate ancient Eastern philosophical practices with Western body awareness methods, to enhance learning and human potential.  This East/West approach to learning involves Tai Chi Ch'uan, Chi Gong, and martial arts warm up techniques, as well as Feldenkrais Awareness through movement lessons, sensory motor education, and deep relaxation exercises.
